REFUNDS/RETURN POLICY

At Bare Lengths, every order is prepared with care and intention. Our raw hair extensions are personally pre-washed, inspected, and packaged to ensure the highest quality before they are shipped to you. Because of this, we encourage all customers to review our policy below prior to placing an order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once processing has begun, we are unable to make changes. processing begins 10 hours after order is placed. 

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, handled, worn, altered, or installed.

Quality Concerns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you believe there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item(s)
Photos of the original packaging

Each concern is reviewed carefully, and if approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for orders that are successfully canceled prior to processing  or in rare cases where a resolution is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
